This laboratory focuses on conducting physical, chemical, and functional tests on various types of plastic packaging materials to ensure their quality and safety during manufacturing and use. The laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments such as a water vapor and oxygen permeability tester, a gas chromatograph, a tensile tester, an optical densitometer, and a high-temperature retort, enabling systematic evaluation of the materials' barrier properties, mechanical strength, optical properties, and heat resistance. Through rigorous testing procedures, we assist clients in determining the suitability and reliability of packaging materials, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Each set of packaging bags is separated by white art paper,tied with paper twine, ensuring a flatter, deformation-resistant finish that is easy to untie, aesthetically pleasing,and environmentally friendly.

To prevent the carton from deforming or collapsing, ensure

the bags are stood upright inside.

Use kraft paper tape to seal the carton for a uniform material finish.

Use plastic or fumigation-free pallets along with cornerprotectors to reinforce the cartons and prevent deformation.
